i have a problem: the game constantly lags in Saint Denis; the FPS drops by 5–10 frames, causing stutter

OC: Windows 11

RAM: 32 GB (dual-channel mode)

GPU: 5070 (without undervolting)

CPU: Ryzen 5 7500F

SSD: 1 TB NVMe
