Saya berniat membeli tanah yang berlokasi di sekitar Jakarta Timur, dengan sertifikat SHGB, sebelumnya saya sudah sempat survey dan bertemu agen yang menjualnya. Untuk lokasi & harga sendiri sudah cocok, biaya-pun sudah siap.

Namun saya belum pernah punya property sebelumnya, baik tanah ataupun rumah, sehingga benar2 blank bagaimana prosedur dan tata cara pembayarannya (baik jika cash/KPT), dan apa hal yang harus diperhatikan sebelum membeli?

Barangkali yang sudah berpengalaman disini mau sharing?

I used to have 80hrs/week cap, divided evenly across active projects, or I can ask the SPL to adjust them proportionally as long as the total is still 80hrs.

However, earlier today my weekly cap was changed to 40hrs/week across projects. I reached out the SPL and she said “… there’s a client restriction”.

So, I just want to know, anyone else also experiencing this issue lately?
