any advice on how to put on a broken rear view mirror? I was putting on my sun shade and the mirror completely detached from the front window.

Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me figure out what’s going on.
I have a 4Runner and got a car wash yesterday. After I pulled away, I parked and vacuumed the interior for a little bit. When I opened the rear hatch/liftgate, a bunch of water came out really quickly from around the edges of the liftgate/trunk area.
I figured maybe some water just got trapped somewhere, but today I opened the hatch again and a pretty good amount of water came out again — enough that it was basically streaming out.
Has anyone experienced this before? Where could the water be getting trapped, and is there a drain that might be clogged?
I’m also wondering if this is something I should be concerned about in terms of water getting into the interior or causing rust/electrical issues.
Any ideas on where to check would be appreciated. I can post pictures/videos if that helps.
how many miles do you guys go until you change your timing belt? I see it’s 60k on some sites and other say 90k
