Need a better software dev team for my small business in Rhode Island
hey folks, trying to get some advice before I start reaching out to companies.
I run a small home inspection business in Rhode Island. we’ve been around for about 6 years, and the work is steady, but the admin side is getting messy
Right now we use email, phone calls, PDFs, a calendar, and a few spreadsheets. it works, but barely. reports get sent late, photos end up in different folders, clients ask for updates, and my assistant has to check three places to answer one question
I’m looking for a US based company that provides software development services. I need something practical, maybe a web portal where clients can book inspections, upload documents, pay invoices, view reports, and get updates
nothing huge, just a clean system that fits how we work and saves time
state doesn’t matter much (but Rhode Island is first option) since we can work online. I care more about clear communication, fair pricing, and a team that won’t make the first version bigger than it needs to be
