Going all in

I’m a life long artsy person, who has been floating from medium to medium for ever. Recently I rediscovered mosaic and I instantly thought “yes, this is what I’ve been looking for.” My favorite mediums are stained glass and watercolors. I would love to lean into glass on glass mosaic because in my mind, it’s almost a blend of both? Anyways, my questions for this awesome group:

If you had a solid budget to go all in on learning and practicing mosaic, specifically glass on glass, what would be your first must-buys? Where do you get your favorite materials? Any rookie mistakes to avoid?

I intend to put a cart together and order some things soon. I’d love to add some suggestions from those more experienced than myself!
