I had 2 Portal TV's that I've had to factory reset today.

After reset, both of them will terminate video & audio calls immediately when calling someone (the selfie view appears, then a fraction of a second later, the call ends).

Note that both Portal TV's are on v1.44.4. One of them was working fine before the factory reset (I've only just acquired the other one today).

One is wired, and one is on the wireless network, so I'm certain it's not networking issues.

I haven't installed Immortal or any other thing on it - they are both basically stock firmware devices.

Any ideas?

Can someone please tell me, whenever I buy a stock, the price immediately goes DOWN? I feel like I'm the unluckiest person alive.
