I have a question for people with a fully risen kundalini. Can you guys see astral beings so easily a after your kundalini awakening? What was it like before the kundalini?
I ask this question because I got interested in it. So I am planning on awakening and fully rising my kundalini through dreams. I have heard, from a reddit post on dream yoga, that 1 hour of meditation in the dreams is equivalent to 10 hours or I am not sure about it. What do you guys think? Can you guys ask your astral guides if it is possible? If you guys have one of course.
