Whenever I try to load up bo3 it’s just a black screen and it’s just not responding i’m on steam. I’ve already verified files reinstalled the app and i’m not finding the problem on youtube anywhere, was wondering if anyone has maybe experienced this and knows how to fix it or might be able to give me insight
