We are looking for an experienced, proactive, bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at The Edge, a large upscale residential community in Estepona:

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone mature, reliable, highly organized, and comfortable coordinating contractors, staff, maintenance issues, inspections, and operational follow-through.
Ideal background:
✅ Property / residential community management
✅ Facilities / building operations
✅ Hospitality / concierge management
✅ Construction / maintenance coordination
You should be:
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Practical and solution-oriented
• Strong with communication and follow-up
• Comfortable being hands-on and visible on-site
• Calm under pressure and professional with residents, vendors, and staff
