Hi guys!

I'm back with another building for my save file! These are the residential rental townhouses. They go to Midtown Meadows, are pretty affordable and cost around 20k each. Every one of them has 3 or 4 beds and 2 bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. I didn't clutter them.

Houses are play-tested and fully functional. The lot comes with a playground for the children, because these are family houses.

Hi simmers & builders,

I created a new legacy in my save file and decided to give him a small house with a photography studio. He is a noncommittal, bisexual and has no other interests, only "having fun". At the end of the photo series of the lot, you can see my sweet boy and his BFF. :)

Even though I don't have any CC or scripts active at the moment, the lot appears as a CC-included lot. (The car is downloaded as a room from the gallery.)

On the left side, under the filters, don't forget to tick "include custom content"; it will then appear with the name "Nookstone Photographers".
