I find here lately while trying to get a handle on perfect dodging,my team is hurting alot outside of battle while exploring n such. Should I find a open shop and buy something in mass for healing?

Is there a decent shop to stock up healing inventory items,or is there an item recommended over others?

Working through the TV Otters date mission atm,and I just realized I have 100 city stamina. Aside from trying to run any side quests I come across,is there a way for me to spend this stamina?

Just a quick question. Im still in the very beginning of the game (Finished the photoshop today) and I was wondering is it recommended unlocking the little towers that reveal more of the map now,or does that just come naturally?
