For those of you who raised a puppy in an apartment with no yard access, how did you manage potty training / socialization during the period of time where they are not fully vaccinated? I have heard so many things about not taking your puppy to high traffic areas or letting their paws touch the ground, but living in Chicago, almost every street is a high traffic area for dogs. Any advice is appreciated!
