Lunch time pies

Pizza shop I got a part time gig at let me take some sourdough 400g dough balls home since it wouldn’t have lasted through the holiday and their “weekend”. Fired up the Ooni to do a sausage pepperoni and a BBQ pork with cheddar and mozzarella. Also whipped up a same day dough for the kids cheese pizza.

Even though 400g for a 12 inch pizza is still crazy heavy to me it works so well especially with having some fun with the topping.

Routine Check

I'm a 42/m that has been on a fitness journey a little bit now. Starting weight was 250 and I'm knocking on the doorstep currently of 200 with a goal somewhere around 170/180.

I started with diet and slowly started doing cardio before introducing weights, which has been my primary exercise now. I've been doing this routine for the past 6 weeks and figured with the start of a new month tomorrow it may be good to give it a once over. My main goal is to lose weight and just be healthier overall but the idea of having some muscle definition and lifting heavy shit is a nice goal as well.

I workout in my basement with adjustable dumbbells and it's been treating me well so far as I try to get to 15 reps for each set before bumping my weight up. Once I'm maxxed out on most things in a split then I will need to move to a full gym due to lack of room for additional equipment.

Any advice or suggestions would be welcome because for the most part I don't know what I'm doing and have been relying on Google searches for most my stuff.

**Mon - Push**
Shoulder Press
Incline Bench
Lateral Raises
Chest Flys
Tricep Extension
Tricep Kickback
**Wed - Pull**
Single Arm Row
Bent Over Row
Delt Fly
Shrug
Curls
Hammer
**Fri - Leg**
Suitcase
Sumo
Calf Raises
Reverse Lunge
RDL
**Tues/Thur - Core**
Plank
Glute Bridges
Leg Raises
Farmer Carry
Russian Twist
**Sat - Full Body**
Glute Bridge
Dumbbell Floor Press
Suitcase Squat
Dumbbell Row
Hammer Curl
Tricep Extension
Plank

Long lost shirt found!

This was my first Coheed shirt and I honestly can’t remember when I got it but am pretty sure it was at an Ohio warped tour. I thought I had lost it long ago between moves and break ups and life. It didn’t matter much cuz a large shirt wasn’t fitting me for most of my adult life. Lo and behold while looking for smaller clothes thanks to a fitness/weight loss journey I found it along with my signed comics in a bin of stuff I wanted to save. Thought I’d share!

First pizzas on an Ooni

Wife got me an Ooni for Father’s Day and slung my first pies on it. For sure a learning curve but happy with the results. Dough is a 60% hydration with a 50/50 split of bread and 00 flour.
