Average speeds

Compared to day to day riding, by how much (approximately) does your average speed reduce when you are bike packing? I'm planning my first tour, not planning to camp and trying to work out stops and timings taking into account as many factors as I can (terrain, time of year, elevation etc). I know what I'm capable of unladen, overall range of distances and multiple days. So, when I'm laden with kit, I'm trying to work out average speeds. Cheers

All day comfort...

Current set up is not uncomfortable, but I wouldn't say its all day comfort either. I'm an experienced rider and to some extent have never found a long bike ride "comfortable" - there is always a degree of pain, fatigue, aches etc. I've never toured, and am planning on doing so (been used to multi-day rides) so want to set my expectations on this. Any advice?
