Legit Check: Deshaun Watson Signed Texans Jersey (Thrift find)

Need some help authenticating this Deshaun Watson autograph.Found it at a thrift store in Costa Rica for about $9. The first image is my jersey, and the second one is a listing I found on eBay with a matching signature and the same hologram sticker.Does the signature look right to you guys? Any info on the hologram brand would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

First FM23 save

Hi everyone,

FM23 is basically the only Football Manager I can play right now, and I’m planning to finally start my first proper long-term save.

What really interests me is the idea of building a club over time, especially with a strong focus on developing young players. I’d love to create a project centered around academy players and cheap young signings, slowly improving the squad and growing the club season by season instead of just buying stars.

The problem is that FM feels REALLY overwhelming to me as a new player. Every time I watch videos or streams, there are so many menus, tactics, staff responsibilities, scouting systems, training, etc. that I honestly don’t know where to properly begin.

So I mainly wanted to ask:

* What helped you understand FM when you first started?

* Any beginner mistakes I should avoid?

* Good tutorials or creators for learning the basics?

* Tips for managing youth development properly?

* Any lightweight skins or small quality-of-life mods for low-end PCs?

For context, I’m probably going to start somewhere outside the top divisions because I like the idea of growing with a club instead of already being at the top, but I also don’t want my first save to be brutally difficult.

Also, my PC is very low-end, so I probably can’t use many heavy graphic packs or large mods. Maybe just a skin and a few small additions at most.

Would really appreciate any advice :)
