I've been working as a Odoo Dev for a while, and one thing I've noticed is that different companies seem to struggle with very different challenges. Sometimes it's user adoption, sometimes it's reporting, permissions, inventory, CRM, accounting, or something completely unexpected.

I'm curious to hear from the community:

• What is the single biggest pain point you face in Odoo?
• Which module gives you the most trouble?
• Is there a repetitive task you wish Odoo handled better?
• If you could improve one feature tomorrow, what would it be and why?

I'm not looking for bugs or support questions, I'm more interested in hearing about the real-world frustrations people encounter after using Odoo in production.
