Please please help me ...
This pic is of yesterday
Hey everyone,
I really need some realistic routine advice for my under-eyes. They look incredibly dark, hollow, and dehydrated.
My Background & Current Situation:
• The Tret Damage: I used topical Tretinoin for 1.5 years directly under my eyes without any barrier support or SPF. I stopped using it properly about 4–5 months ago, but kept applying it randomly in bits and pieces (like once a week) without protection, which left the skin barrier raw and damaged.
• Current Meds: Because my acne returned after stopping tret, I switched dermatologists and I'm now 10 days into Oral Isotretinoin.
• Screen Time & Lifestyle: I work from home and spend 10 to 12+ hours a day on my laptop. My screen strain is insane, my sleep schedule is completely messed up from work, and I barely drink any water (actively trying to fix this now).
I have prominent fine lines and dark shadows under my eyes that didn't respond to Eyebliss cream at all. Since I'm 10 days into oral isotretinoin, my skin is about to get incredibly dry and vulnerable.
• What safe, non-irritating, pharmacy-grade products or daily habits can I use right now while working from home to plump these lines and fix the darkness?
After isostretinoin too pls tell what to do ?
