Low Testosterone readings whilst on Testogel 2 Pumps Daily in the UK

For several months I have low motivation to do anything, I sleep every morning for as long as until my wife wakes me up. Today, it took another hour to get up. A few months ago my level was only 8.3. Last weeks result is in at 12.4. (12.4 nmol/L converts to approximately 357 ng/dL) My Gp told me 'thats normal'. I replied, it might be for you, but its far too low for me, suffering/enduring it. She just didn't get it, said she could write to my Endo, but I declined, as for the last 4 years of yearly visits, he's been unable to do anything, other than say the maximum dose I can take is 1 pump/2 pumps alternative days, otherwise I could have a stroke. The 'bandwidth' of what is optimal for me is very, very thin, and because of the time delays of getting a blood test and then the results, its practically impossible for me to know what the heck is going on, and furthermore, for medical people to be over it, making sure I am in optimal state. They basically only react to my requests, no one is taking proactive charge or responsibility for my quality of life. The good thing is, although it affects my work performance and ability to do basic household chores, I am paid by friends that I work for, and I just then work the best that I can on a daily basis. I'm also paid well, and have a good quality of life regards food and facilities at home, of which I'm very grateful. Now I am taking 2 pumps and sometimes 3 a day, for now to try get it up a bit. But I also don't want a stroke. My Mum had one 3 years ago and my Dad died of Louie bodie Dementia 8 years ago. I have had nebido injections before but they raised my red bloods too high for safety. Thanks for your time, sending blessings to you, fellow sufferer.
