What is the point of doing that, it feels like a humiliation ritual. The details u give including your Github and Linkedin should be enough to screen candindates. Earlier this year I did a 30 mins Zeraki screen recording, I explained everything covered in React and they did not even send a rejection email. I took over 2 hrs to complete that application, I stopped applying to jobs after that until last month.
