Hello. I can’t understand this math. My account seems to equal the balance of: net invested by you + rewards + promos + market return. It seemed as though dividends weren’t accounted for. Initially I had assumed that the Raiz dash was misleading and dividends were included in “market returns”. But Raiz support have told me that these are separate.

Can someone help me make sense of this? Based on what they are saying my account seems to be $502.45 short. That seems unlikely though so I’m wondering what I am missing.

I do have a jar, but nothing from the jar seems to be included on this page so I don’t think that’s where the error is coming from.

I just can’t wrap my head around how they actually calculate it. Please help?
