1 Year Difference (Oct 2025-Oct 2026) ~36lbs

- 20F, 4’9
- 135 lbs (61Kg) - 99 lbs (45Kg)

-In honor of coming up to 1 year of my journey and lurking here since then, I’ve decided to share my results! This is extremely out of my comfort zone but I really have worked hard and been through a lot in the last year and have no one else to share this with lol.

-In September of 2025, I was diagnosed with stage 1 Hypertension and my Cholesterol was through the roof. (270!) Doctor said she would have me do bloodwork again in 9 months and if it was still high then she would put me on statins. That pretty much right there was it for me. I started doing rolling 72’s, and lost weight pretty fast from doing that. That only lasted for about 1 month or so.

-I started working at a restaurant and was very active so I started doing OMAD and have been doing that since then pretty much with the exception of the month of December. I went to Europe and wanted to enjoy myself so I let myself gorge, I ended up staying the exact same weight as I was when I had arrived actually since I was walking so much in Europe, which was fine with me because honestly I was expecting to lose all my progress

-Fast forward to now, still doing OMAD but I really want to implement weight training into my routine because I’m kind of at a “skinny fat” body rn I feel like. Plus I just want to be stronger! I also brought my cholesterol down to a healthy number in 9 months without EVER having to be put on statins. (196)

Extra:
- PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, I AM 4’9 so my results may be more/less noticeable.
- Please ignore my dirty room, as you can tell I still never put my clothes away.
- I would’ve posted my face gains but honestly I look miserable, I’ve been in the trenches of grief and life, due to an unexpected loss last month.
- Exact same bra but I could not find the exact underwear for the life of me!! These are from the same pack though, just a different color.

(also I don’t know why I look almost “crooked” lmao, i have my suspicions that something is not aligned with my body but I have no clue what it is 🥲)

Parking lot accident-Florida, looking for advice

EDIT: I did not realize that I couldn’t add photos but the parking lot was diagonal if this description helps. And we both were at the beginning of the parking lot on the side closer to the plaza, she was the second car on the one side, and I was the third car up on the opposite side.

This occurred in Florida. For reference, this accident occurred in the first week of June 2026, it is now August 2026, so 2+ months ago. I had just gotten into my car following an interview at a store within a plaza that the store did not own, so I wasn’t able to get any camera footage for what happened.

The first picture is the actual parking lot this happened in (this is an image I took from google earth, the picture does not represent our cars, it’s just for visual reference for where our cars were). Also Im not sure if this of importance or not but, there were cars in the spaces next to me, she did not have any cars parked on either of the sides next to her. Anyhow, I looked behind me using my back window, and then both of my side windows. I know you are only supposed to technically use the two side windows but I always use the back one first and then my side ones anyway. I had to back out while turning due to the layout of the parking lot but regardless, I didn’t see anyone behind me. By the time I was about halfway or so backed out I heard a loud thud, I pushed on my breaks and then pulled forward back into the parking spot I was in. My left rear corner had hit her back passenger door (pictures included).

The part that I don’t know for a fact is if whether she was stationary, or she had JUST happened to back out at the same time as I did, and since she was behind me then . She stated that she was completely pulled out and saw me the entire time. All I can say for a fact is that I did not see her before backing out. I know that this isn’t required and doesn’t matter, but if what shes saying is true, then she didn’t do a single thing to yield if it’s true that she was there the whole time. No honking, no attempt to back up or anything at all. And I’m just having a hard time believing it since I didn’t see her at all.

I initially tried to resolve the damages privately with her, as I didn’t want to file a claim and increase my insurance policy. We both agreed to not file through insurance and I have been trying to find a replacement door but to no avail unfortunately. I am still going to look, but it doesn’t seem likely.

Last night, I received this text message from her, “Don’t know what’s going on but we need to get this done I will contact my insurance and give your info as well as your employer as to what happened I have been more then patient my door is starting to rust we need to resolve this matter”.

The interview that I mentioned in the beginning of this post is important because I did indeed get the job and she knows I work there because I’ve seen her since then, and she is now threatening to tell my employer. Though, I didn’t become an employee until over a week after the accident so I know that she can’t do anything about it but I’m still worried regardless because it’s not an ideal situation.

My main worry at this point is as of right now, it seems like I will have to make a claim for this. I’m worried because I know that for a fact she is going to blame this on me. Is there any way that the fault can be put on me 100% from just her word? She is also extremely insistent on getting a quote from a body shop, and I know that’s going to be an insane charge so I am also very worried that either her/insurance is going to make me pay for damages.

Also, just wanted to include that I truly am not trying to put the fault on her or saying that she was backing out for a fact, or that she most definitely wasn’t there. I just don’t want to accidentally admit fault by saying “I don’t know” when that is honestly all I can say about it.
