Just learning financial aid won’t cover my minor. Is it sensible to get a full on bachelor through WGU?

My major is computer science at a state school.
I want to minor in psychology. I know wgu would be more affordable than paying oop at my current school, but do they even do minors? Would it make more sense to get a full on bachelors? Would my general curriculum transfer so that I can jump straight to the upper level courses? Would I have to start all over? I’m a jr and time is of the essence so I can start scouting and networking for internships in the field I want.

Rant, why are there so many hoops to jump through for education in a 1st world country? God I am so sick of bartending.

Edit: thank you to everyone in here helping me think this through.

Could someone please give general list of philosophers and their central schools of thought?

Was only asking for help, don’t understand why I am being downvoted, but ok. The wiki doesn’t exist, and my soul and brain are craving a new way to think. I just want to learn. I figured Reddit would have unique insight as opposed to the front page of Google. Sorry for pissing all of the big brains off.

Was looking for stoicism and metaphysics. Fuck me for starting at the bottom right?
