Why should I strain?

Recently a lot of posters here say that you should definitely separate the solids. But why? To make it look professional like a Tabasco brand bottle? I do not care. The taste with the pulp is just fine. A good blender blends the seeds just fine. A good bottle lets you squeeze with ease.

So why strain?

Perhaps split and ferment habaneros and the rest with different fruits.

With fig and pear this time

Gathered some peppers from my balcony. Unlike what I usually do half of the peppers are green. Also with a fig and a pear. The colour is significantly different than what I usually see, look at red peppers with mango from the last week for comparisson

What is this issue

Some habneros failed to produce seeds and when cut look nasty like this. What's that?

Spicy kisses incoming

In our four years together, Robert has always refused any kind of peppers. This is how I caught him while getting his bath ready last night 🔥
