Consistency

Does any one find that if they stay consistent with a routine that u get less flair?...like dont change anything or try anything new but do the same exact thing daily ...nothing new that u havent had before..same drink, same food, a swallow of coffee at the same time every morning..the same supplement at the same time every day ...if u stay on a pattern ur fine but does it seem if u change things up a little bit some where that u get snaps

What my pain is like

Does any one have pain like me ...I like to describe my cheek pain as if someone shot a rubber band right at my face...a snap sting pain some call it electric zap ....I also get the needle in the eye feeling ...like a sharp pin prick ...and I get those stings all over my face randomly from time to time,..they move around...could be my forehead..could be my eyebrow, eyelid, under eye,...but the big one is the cheek pop.....any one else feel these?

I need to stop being selfish

So sadly what is real and what i want to be real is not going to ever happen again ..I dont want pain and I dont want to have ever heard the word trigeminal neuralgia, but thats not the case...the truth is that no matter how much I wish the pain would go away and never happen the pain is going to happen and thats what I need to get in my thick skull,..that we are no longer living carefree and normal, we live under a black cloud of fear and we never know when that lightning is going to strike ..it is not realistic to think that the pain will not happen ...the pain is going to happen ...accept the pain , accept the fact that u are broken and nothing can fix u...now u need to learn how to accept the broken and how do deal with the pain ....and thats heartbreaking , my heart, my soul and my physical body is broken 💔 😢

Any one ever hear of these procedures?

The Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) can help treat trigeminal neuralgia. It is particularly useful for patients who do not respond to or cannot tolerate medications, or as a diagnostic test to determine if your pain is driven by the sympathetic nervous system......or the Sphenopalatine / Glossopharyngeal / Trigeminal Nerve Blocks

A Sphenopalatine Ganglion block is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat head and facia pain. While the procedure itself is short and performed in your doctor's office, it requires a great deal of technical proficiency and very few physicians are trained on how to do it. A sphenopalatine ganglion block is an established treatment method of a wide varietv of pair

syndromes:

• Trigeminal Neuralgia • Sphenopalatine neuralgia • Migraine headaches • Cluster headaches

....any one have these done?.....any one else who has had an mvd wonder why u didnt hear of these? ...

I know what the deep nerve zap feels like...I absolutly fear it..it has become something mental and spiritual the dread of that zap....but lately after 2 years out from successful mvd im getting "Stings" they feel more on the surface and more like a sudden insect sting rather than that deep nerve za

Opps...yeah so any way...and im feeling this randomly from both sides ..I dont want to admit it but sounds like its going bilateral and coming back ...whats ur thoughts ?

Even the smallest

Why does even the smallest of pains have to ruin my entire day, ...why does it make functioning so hard? ...why does it cause such massive anxiety? ..why does it feel so mental ....if i get a pain in my leg I dont freak out the way I do when I get a small one in my face....and yes I guess it is because I have experienced how bad it can be ...well yes it can be horrific but until then why do I have to be so controlled and tortured by every slight little pain...

Just some descriptions of pain

So since my mvd in July of 2024 I have been free of the shock zap that led me to have the surgery but as of now I have been experiencing small random sensations, and now on the non surgical side which means I guess I am bilateral now...fucking really ...like its not bad enough I had this horrible shit and had a surgery into my skull to fix it but now I have to be starting it on the other side too ....whyyyy...I hate this annoying ass miserable condition that take ur mental health and just fucking ruins u as a functioning happy normal person and turns u into a paranoid panic attack anxiety filled , heartburn and digestion problem suffering withdrawn dont want to engage in anything wreck of a person ...I like to describe these new feelings as the one I get oftenly now feels exactly as if ur lips were dry and u cracked ur lip open and how it feels if ur eating something salty and salt gets in it...I get that often, and the other one is the felling like I have a splinter in my cheek, except I dont even have to touch it to get the sensation it just does it on its own and the other is the needle pricks in and around the eye ball..some mornings just blinking my eyes and my lids touch sends a small sting every time I blink...ridiculous...and none of that the pain is not unbearable , i can live with all of that if thats as bad as I knew it was gonna get...the fear that eats me up and causes all my anxiety is anticipation of this shit turning into the zap shocks and the episodes I had before mvd ughhh...any insight?
