Hiring: VA needed (Per Project or Part-Time to start)
I’m looking for a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help with a growing U.S.-based home services business.
The ideal person has experience with:
Appointment scheduling
Lead follow-up
Customer messages
Marketing/social media
Admin tasks
Spreadsheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, Canva, and CRM tools
**Quickbooks, web development/IT skills, and or experience within the home service industry are highly encouraged to reach out.**
This role is not just about checking boxes. I’m hoping to find someone who can take ownership, think ahead, care about the business, and help us grow like they are part of the team.
Strong written English is important. Spoken English is a plus. Must be available for some U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Starting per project or part-time with room to grow. Starting pay is $3 to $5 per hour, based on experience. High potential for performance based bonus to those who truly make a noticeable impact with their work.
