What would a prop firm have to do today to actually catch your attention?

Open question for the community.

The prop firm space is saturated. Every week a new one launches with "the best split", "the most flexible drawdown", "the fastest payouts". And somehow, most of them feel exactly the same.

We want to hear what you actually think:

  • What's missing in this industry that no firm has gotten right yet?
  • What feature, rule, or benefit would make you switch firms tomorrow?
  • What frustrates you the most about the firms you've tried?
  • If you could design your ideal prop firm, what would it have?

Be honest. Good comments, bad comments, all of it counts.
