Having the hardest time eating!!

I just had an appointment today with a general practitioner. Got a referral to see an ENT and do a swallow study. I simply cannot eat solids without it feeling like it’s trying to get into my nasal cavity. Tonight I had the worst episode where my nose was burning and I couldn’t get any relief. Food slowly started going down my throat and then felt stuck in my throat. I can get my liquids down but solids are insanely uncomfortable. Has anyone experienced this with GERD? I’m anxious and about to head to the ER tomorrow.

Bulbar ALS? Nasal regurgitation

27f. Started experiencing nasal regurgitation in Nov. of 2025. It has progressively gotten worse so I have an appointment scheduled already but I have started to spiral a bit. Pretty much every single day I experience some food getting “stuck” and it feels like it’s trying to go up my nose. Some foods are worse than others like rice and minced foods. I haven’t really noticed any other symptoms of ALS. At least none that I’m aware of. Could these be the beginning of Bibles onset ALS?
