Can you do arbitrage betting from a bookie and Betfair if so how easy is it to get banned, I’m already banned on some bookies form arb?

About 6 months ago I did arbitrage betting and got banned on someone bookies. Want to start again if i get a vpn and a family member account can I do it or will it still know from my ip or device etc? Just wanna know if there is a way we’re I can arb consistently.
