Another case of lounge access not available

I bought 5 unlimited packages for 20 days with lounge access included as part of a promotion. This was 18 days ago.
The app showed the QR codes initially. This was one of the reasons I chose Saily.
12 hours before departure after vacation I wanted to verify that everything was in order. The QR codes were gone, as reported by others.
I immediately created a ticket and 13 hours later at the airport I have still no resolution.

This seems to me like a strategy close to being a scam. I consider reporting it to my credit card company for a refund

Legit portafilter ?

I bought this portafilter as a genuine Rancilio part. It doesn't fit my Silvia properly and since the ears are angled. Before I ask for a refund I want to know if this may be a real Rancilio part.
There are noe markings on it.
