Will the Arena cosmetics be obtainable without playing Arena at a later date?

Hello!

I'd just like to know if these cosmetics can be purchased/unlocked in the future without needing to play Arena because I do love the look of them but I heavily dislike playing PvP.

I would even settle to play Hero's Realm a 100 times than to play Arena.
