In the past years while doing accounting system implementation, napansin kong sobrang biglang dami agad ng mga startups offering customized ERP, POS, Business systems at recently, itong mga "build your own app" using AI pitch.

These apps work naman in terms of capturing business transactions pero marami dito don't follow the double-entry system and in terms of reports, sobrang kulang din.

May mga established providers din naman na may sound accounting framework but they're either expensive or too complex to use.

Kaya so far, I've sticked with Manager.io pa talaga for personal use and the system I deploy sa mga clients ko.

Aside from the simple interface and more advance modules for more complex businesses, their desktop version is also FREE.

Just download it and install sa computer and then may access kana sa isang complete accounting system that's also being updated periodically.

If you're a systems builder, explore this system muna and perhaps build on top of it.

If you're a business owner, explore this app first din if swak siya sa need mo. But if not, at the very least, you'll have an idea kung ano yung baseline feature na hahanapin mo sa ibang providers.

What if may area na pwedeng puntahan ang mga tao from urban areas to relive the "bukid living" for the nostalgia and also to somewhat expose their kids sa buhay nila dati?

May mga bahay kubo siguro, chickens running around, may traditional dirty kitchens, kahoy na pwedeng sibakin, kaldero at kung anu-ano pang usual stuffs makikita sa bahay natin sa probinsya.

A family may perhaps prepare firewood, light them up using the old ways, magluto ng lunch/dinner na sila mismo ang magpe-prepare, materials, supplies and utensils are provided.

The point lang talaga is to relive a day in the province.

I've been in the accounting system deployment space for more than 2 years and na realize ko na ang pinaka-mahirap na part ng implementation is yung consistency ng pag-encode ng mga business transactions into any system.

As an accountant also, alam ko talaga ang importance ng timely, relevant, accurate and complete financial records in making informed decisions para sa ikakaunland ng negosyo.

Pero how can someone make an impactful decisions kung kulang2x naman yung information na nakukuha mo from the system because of personnel and even owners who can't consistently encode transactions.

May mga cases din na bumabalik nalang sila sa kung anu yung nakasanayan nila dati na manual records or multiple spreadsheet files and ditch the system entirely.

Sa mga business owners ba who tried implementing business systems before and have gone back to their old ways, ano yung naging painful part of the supposed transition? Was it the service provider? Magulo ba yung system nila? Tao niyo ba na ayaw matuto?

Napapansin kong mga grand random ideas yung pinopost dito instead of actual problems experienced by real people.

I was browsing kanina and then may content ng business coach lumabas. Na curious ako sa engagements sa page niya and found na halos wala ng nagcocomment at nanonood.

I notices this trend with other business coaches din. Medyo tumumal talaga yung engagements. And even yung kay boss RDR na isa sa may pinakamaraming followers, tumumal din and napapadalas na yung content of advertising other businesses.

Are people getting smarter na ba and not falling for these business seminars and coaching or yung mismong mga coach no longer have their charisma sa target audience nila?

Sa mga nagdedeploty ng quickbooks or any other 3rd party accounting apps or software, paano niyo winork out yung CAS accreditation ng BIR? Or pwedeng walang ganito so long as may manual books at nag iissue parin ng invoices manually?

I read somewhere na pwede daw gumawa ng website using google studios kaya first hour palang kaninang umaga, sumubok na akong gumawa para sa accounting service business ko.

Upon searching, sa Google Sites daw pala, hindi sa studios.

So I started prompting Gemini and Chatgpt to guide me through the process kasi zero knowledge ako sa coding.

Chatgpt gave me a structure and a plan while binibigay ko naman kay Gemini kung paano ko inavigate yung website builder.

Chatgpt lang din galing lahat ng pictures na nandun except for my personal picture. Ini-edit lang ni chatgpt depending on the prompt na binibigay ko.

Then lo and behold, after more than an hour, natapos ko na yung simpleng landing page.

Sobrang game changer talaga netong AI if naaral lang natin kung paano gamitin.

By the way, I have the Chatgpt Go subscription 300/month and Google workspace (1k+/month). Bundled narin sa Workspace yung custom domain pero di ko pa ginagamit.

Ayun lang. Natuwa lang talaga ako sa output kaya I decided to share it here.

If need niyo rin ng simple landing page, I do recommend trying out this route if may time kayong aralin ito. It can still work without the Workspace subscription but at the very least, may subs. Kayo sa chatgpt for the image generation.

May mga accounting service businesses ba dito that also offers CFO advisory services? Or purely compliance related ang services niyo?

What are the usual concerns din so far in terms of fulfillment?

I'm running a CFO advisory services kasi. One-man team pa lang so far pero as I take on more clients, nafefeel ko na yung dahan-dahan na pagiging burden sa fulfillment side.

Gikan mi simba ganina sa San Pedro Cathedral ba niya nipalit mig crucifix diha lang pud sa kilid. 3 mi ganina and P50 gyud among dungog sa presyo pero nag wonder pud mi kay barato kaayo.

Mubayad na tana ko pero gipadali dali ko sa tindera nga adto daw sa likod simbahan para ma blessingan ang crucifix. Later nalang daw ang bayad.

Pagbalik namo after ma blessingan, nitunol kog P100 pero niana na dayun ang tindera nga 250 diay daw.

Nag wonder na nuon mi if namali ba mi'g dungog or modus lang gyud tu sa naga baligya diha?
