Hello I need help I got two different unions looking at me and I don't know which one to choose I want to know more insight into how the jobs are in the field working? I have welding certification and I have been working residential HVAC for the last 2 years, I only have my tec 3 in hvac I'm hoping someone will shine some light on this subject
