Frustrated with bureaucracy
Why is it difficult to get my hands on adhd medication -w-
Like I'm trying to get a prescription so I can focus on my work, but they don't accept my previous diagnosis. So I need to get rediagnosed, but idk where to do that. And anytime I try to Google it, it's always overstimulating. And when I do settle on one, they make the process difficult by, only making scheduling through emails, not accepting my insurance, and generally being a massive inconvenience to even think about. This stuff is genuinely a massive headache for people with adhd (or at least for me) and now I'm wondering if this is why many people don't get treated for it
I just wanted to vent about some frustrations I'm having with the process, feel free to ignore this
