can't reschedule my sc200 Microsoft exam
I have my SC-200 (Microsoft Security Operations Analyst) exam scheduled for tomorrow, August 18, 2026, 9:15 AM IST. I've been trying to reschedule it since yesterday 16 August because[ i have to travel to another city because of the some family issue] but every time I try, I get this error on the Pearson VUE scheduling page:

I've tried:
- Edge, Firefox, and Brave (including incognito on all three)
- Clearing cookies/cache
- Multiple retries over the past 24+ hours
I contacted Pearson VUE live chat four separate times yesterday and today. Every agent confirmed this is a known, system-wide issue affecting many candidates (not just me), and told me it would be fixed "in a few hours" or "tomorrow" — but it's still broken, and my 24-hour reschedule cutoff (9:15 AM IST today) is basically here.
now my concern will I'll able to reschedule the exam event if the 24 hour windows is closed. man i really hope i will able to reschedule the exam because it was not my fault.
if any have similar problem and got some info please share
