Recent college graduate and unfamiliar with the Hampton Roads area. I am starting a job in the area and plan on moving there. I am trying to figure out the best areas/apartment complexs to live in that are quiet, safe, and well-maintained. Trying to stay on the Hampton/Newport News/Williamsburg side of the tunnel as well. Any help or pointers are appreciated! Thanks!
