How can I apply for hostels ???

I got my letter in Bs cs in nutech ..but I also have a letter from bahria university h11 campus in software engineering. So can anybody plss tell which is better???

And also can someone give me some info on nutech hostels?? Like are they good ??

My merit number for cs is 189 and its closing was 150..

My merit number for ai is 199 and closing was 180..

Do I have a chance in next merit list for any of these 2 programs???
