Hey guys it's my first time ssb there is a scheme in which we get 3rd ac ticket price back !

1st )Is it necessary to travel by train to get that refund ?

2nd( if it is necessary then do I have to fill journey information as shown in the website before finalising the dates of ssb and center ?
