I'm looking to buy a 3BHK flat in the KIADB / Bagalur area and recently checked out a few projects:

1. Purvankara Northern Lights: 3BHK @ ₹10,795/sq.ft
2. Assetz Sora & Saki: 3BHK @ ₹13,000/sq.ft
3. Assetz New Launch (near Sora & Saki): 3BHK @ ₹10,000/sq.ft

My observations & concerns so far:

Purva Northern lights: High density (~2,600 units across 24 acres) and the high-tension power lines running opposite the property.
Assetz Sora & Saki: Quoted rate feels quite steep for this locality.
Assetz New Launch: Pricing seems reasonable, but ~600+ units on a 5-acre plot might feel overcrowded.

Looking for genuine advice or firsthand reviews on these.

I'm flexible with location—if there are any spacious 3BHKs by Tier-1 builders around ₹10K/sq.ft anywhere in Bangalore, I'd love to hear your recommendations.
