got this Koast for my daughter, since that is her favorite writer. we both love spotting Koast all over town. I even spotted one in NYC a few months ago.

The Hard Opening at Foundry was fun. I wasn’t leaving without some loot. got this one and a cool Koast one, too. Great time today!

My neighbor's lot uphill and sloped towards mine. The red line is the approximate top of the ridge that is sending water across my front lawn. As you can see, it's ruined the grass. There are utilities running under it, so digging is not an option. I could use some ideas on how to stop this from happening. I was thinking about creating a rock bed that would slow or break up the flow, but I'm not sure how to pull that off. Any input is appreciated!
