Hi everyone,
I’m renting an apartment in Barcelona and I’ve been without gas for 38 days now due to an issue with the property.
I’ve contacted the real estate agency/management several times, but the situation still hasn’t been properly resolved. I’ve also had difficulty getting clear answers and updates from them.
At this point I’m extremely frustrated because I’m paying rent for a property where an essential utility has been unavailable for over a month.
I want to know what my rights are in Spain/Catalonia in this situation,
Not looking for drama just a solution. It’s almost two rental payments with no gas.
