I was just finally diagnosed with chronic eosinophilic pneumonia. I start my course of prednisone this week. I'm relieved to start breathing better but I hate the side effects.

My husband asked me how he can help / support me. I really don't know. What would you say? What helps you? What have other people done for you?

I'm horrible at asking for help (tbh this is why I probably ended up with an autoimmune condition)
