I’m a final-year student here, and honestly, what the fuck is going on with placements?

People aren’t getting PPOs, and a lot of the big tech and finance companies that we expected aren’t even coming to campus. The placement situation feels noticeably worse, and there’s so much uncertainty around what’s going to happen.

What makes it even more frustrating is seeing some 8 GPAs cheaters getting PPOs while genuinely hardworking students are struggling.

I know the market is bad everywhere, but it’s still incredibly frustrating when you’re in your final year and feel like your college placement process isn’t giving you many opportunities.
