Is this a scam?

Is this a scam?

Edit: I called the 1-800-Princess number they confirmed for me that this is legit.

I received a call and email from this person yesterday. I did not answer the phone. I replied to the email that I booked a cruise and then got this email. This feels like a potential scam, but it would be nice to have a point of contact for questions if this is legit.

How is the steakhouse with special requests?

We are going on our first cruise in January. We have the premier package and I'm looking forward to eating in the steak restaurants. My wife will not eat beef that less than well done. How accommodating are they for that request? IMO, it's not how beef should be consumed, but that's how she likes it.

Just Booked Our First Cruise

I just booked our first cruise on the Star Princess in January. I am beyond excited. I was in the Navy and can only hope that I enjoy this more than the last time I was on a ship.

Does anyone have any tips for first time cruisers to reduce stress and maximize enjoyment?
