I'm a little confused about something.

Each 3* Guide i'm following to the precise spawn times and yet on chronos his peons always push me back to my base before phase 2 when in the guide chronos reaches phase 2 while they havent even reached the middle of the map. Why is this? I'm at over 150 attempts and i still have not won.

I've been bashing my head at a brick wall trying every strategy on Youtube with almost 100 attempts and no luck, only getting as far as the base before crazy chemist nukes all of my backliners to oblivion.
