Never had this happen before
Hey, new to this, was playing soccer and felt a pop and immediately felt pain. 36 hours later and it’s painful to walk on. Got some dr scholls PF insoles, I can’t really tell if they’re helping or not. At what point do yall give up the RICE and just see the doc?
