Smallest Mini Velo?
What the title says! What’s the smallest mini velo out there?
Context: About 6 months ago, I was looking into getting a neutrino for my commute to work, but ended up getting another bike because it had the same size frame, just bigger wheels (I’m a fairly small rider). Which naturally leads to the question, what’s the smallest frame a mini velo can have?
