Orbion Experience
This sub was a great help to me so I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else.
I ordered the Moval Old Mine Cut Bezel Ring With Cathedral in platinum directly from their website on 7/22. I did also pay for express shipping but in hindsight it probably wasn’t necessary it came pretty quickly.
First correspondence received was on 7/24 from Isha (this is who contacted me the whole time) to confirm order details and she emailed back she would start working on it. On 7/27 she emailed my stone was ready with a video to review emailed approval same day. On 8/6 she emailed that my ring was ready I approved and she emailed it would be dispatched that day.
I received notification from UPS a label was created on 8/7 but they did not receive the package until 8/11. I did received notification my package missed scheduled transfer time on 8/12 and it may cause delay. This did worry me but it was less that 24hr delay so it turned out fine. On 8/13 it arrived in Germany then the US and was also cleared by customs. It was delivered the next day (for reference I am in the middle tennessee area), I did choose to pick up at a UPS location since I live in an apt and was worried about being able to sign for it. I did not and have not received anything regarding tariffs due can’t keep up if that’s a thing still and for what.
Overall it was a great experience very fast and good communication. I would definitely recommend Orbion and will probably use it again myself.
