He shared a lot of tidbits about himself that he wouldn't otherwise;
- His allergies ( eggs, cakes, wheat, and other fermented foods) due to his weakened immune system, and his doctor advised him to cut out coffee
- He had to lose weight for TRTG but has slowly gained back a bit of weight
- His knee injury was worse than expected , he had to get physical therapy, acupuncture, and electrotherapy
- He's a workaholic ( no one is surprised) Also, enjoy Shen mengchen fangirling over him the whole episode lol

Zhang Linghe officially announced as the Youth Ambassador for the 31st Shanghai TV Festival Magnolia Awards
He's the first and only post-95-generation actor invited to serve as the Magnolia Youth Ambassador.
The Magnolia Awards is one of China's three major television drama awards.
