Match application without USCE

YOG >5

Step 2: 240

Publications: 13

Should I take chance of applying to IM or FM with this profile or better have USCE and step 3.

I am actually into EM but if there's chance of matching in this cycle, I may go into FM as SLOEs are hard to get eventually

Higher than predicted but less than recent NBMEs with failed UWSA 2 and 3

Step 1 - 2023

Step 2 - 240

Patchy preparation with ups and downs of life.

NBMEs 9 (200), 10 (202), 11(215), 12 (218), 13 (235), 14 (235), 15 (240) and 16 (245)

Free 120 old and new: 69%

UWSA 1 (232), 2 (failed at 215) and 3 (failed at 208)

Amboss predicted 235 (226-244)

August 06 can relate to form being vague, not havng high yield stuff from NBMEs and long HOPIs.

But Alhamdulillah for passing the exam. Though its not truly reflective of my prep and performance.

Do I have a chance at EM with this score?

No USCE or step 3 so far so skipping this cycle.

NBME 16 74%

I had planned to take exam by mid July but as I was gearing up for the last mile, I failed UWSA 2 (214) which made me slow down and push the date.

My last assessments have been:

Free 120 (2021): 69%

UWSA 2 : 214

NBME 15: 240

UWSA 3: 204

NBME 13 & 14: 235

Have done Amboss HY, CMS forms, reviewed NBMEs 11 to 15 twice and finally took nbme 16 today but have scored almost same (73% in NBME 15 and 74% today).

Exam in a week. What to do to break into 250?? Is it even possible?

Was confident doing nbme 16 and it wasn't as bad as my score.

Advice please

Failed UWSA 2

Have been out of touch with uworld from the time I did last year or so.

NBME 13 and 14 = 235

NBME 15 = 240

UWSA 1 = 235

UWSA 3 = 204

Took UWSA 2 today and got 214 !!

Was planning to book exam soon but super confused now. Already extended my triad

Private clinic

Would like to know tips for increasing patient flow. Patient affordability, population density and clinic hours aren't an issue but still the flow isn't satisfactory.

Its been only 5 months though.

Need suggestions from GPs who are successfully running their setups within the city.

UWSA 1

I took UWSA 1 with 65% corrects (54 wrongs out of total 157 qs)

What will be the predicted score with this performance?

May is the last month of my triad and I am not getting date, neither I feel prepared enough.

With completed CMS forms and 218 in NBME 12

I feel I will have to push my exam date.

Can anyone please guide as to how much is the prometric fee for eligibility extension? And also the total fee including extension application to FSMB.

TIA
