Plant pot squatting spider! (Southern UK)

I noticed a mesh of very random looking webbing webbing across the top of a plant pot in the windowsill yesterday and then found the spider down by the plant. It looks to my (very!) untrained eye like it might be a false widow but it's a very pale, almost translucent, brown. There is a darker patterning on the top of it's abdomen but I can't make out quite what it is. The spider itself is very small; around 4mm long excluding it's legs. It seems to have been sitting in that same location now for a couple of days.

Ivabradine in the Torbay and South Devon NHS area

A friend with Long Covid was given a first prescription for ivabradine by a cardiologist (the referral to the cardiologist was via the Long Covid clinic) some time ago which they found very helpful. However no-one will prescribe it on an ongoing basis as it is being used off-label. They are living on benefits so can’t afford to go the private route. Has anyone in the Torbay and South Devon NHS area been prescribed ivabradine on an ongoing basis and if so would you be willing to let me know who (or which clinic) did the prescription.
